Crystal Hearing Solutions is an Audiology private practice in North Fort Myers, Florida, which is owned and operated by Crystal Broussard Goetz, Au.D., CCC-A. Dr. Crystal is committed to providing high quality diagnostic evaluations, exceptional rehabilitative care, and honest and accurate patient education.

The practice provides audiological diagnostic testing and hearing aid sales/services for patients from six months of age and up. The office is equipped with the latest technology and we only deal with the industry's leading manufacturers. Our goal is to provide the highest level of professional service, outstanding customer care, and to establish a trusting relationship with every patient. Dr. Crystal lives by strong ethical standards, and she does not believe in misleading sales tricks and unreasonable pricing for hearing healthcare services. We are devoted and more than willing to work with every patient to enable everyone to HEAR AGAIN!!
Audiological Evaluations
We offer complete hearing testing, for ages six months and up, provided by a certified clinical audiologist. Hearing evaluations include measures of hearing sensitivity for air and bone conducted sounds, measures of speech discrimination ability and, when necessary, assessment of the middle ear function (impedance audiometry), and special testing to determine the location of dysfunction. Hearing Aid Sales

Service
Crystal Hearing Solutions offers a wide variety of hearing instruments featuring the latest technology from only the top manufacturers. After diagnosis we provide every patient with a FREE consultation to discuss rehabilitation options, which could include hearing aids and/or assistive listening devices. We emphasize ongoing cleaning and maintenance of every hearing aid, and to insure that you receive optimum performance and benefit from your hearing aid purchase we encourage regular follow-up visits at no additional cost to you.

Also, hearing aid repairs are available on all makes and models (if instrument is repairable).
Hearing Accessories
Hearing aid batteries, custom-made ear molds, swim plugs, noise protectors, assistive listening devices such as audio induction loops, infrared systems and FM modulated systems, TV listening devices and telephone amplifiers, and items for the care and maintenance of your hearing aids are always available.
